Payment Method Considerations
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method whenever possible. Processing times vary by payment type.

Most common refund method. Typically appears on your statement within 5-10 business days after we process it. Some banks may take up to 2 billing cycles to reflect the credit.
Bank Transfer Refunds
For payments made via direct bank transfer, we'll need your current banking details. Processing takes 3-7 business days once we receive correct account information.
PayPal and Digital Wallet Refunds
Usually the fastest option, appearing in your account within 2-4 business days. We'll send refunds to the same digital wallet used for original payment.
